Members of the Club who are interested in racing cross country or distance races in track can join us for biweekly workouts in addition to our daily runs. Workouts are typically on Monday and Thursday, with the Monday workout more volume-oriented and the Thursday workout more speed-oriented. Our workout plan is created by our Vice President of Distance, Hannah Gillian-Daniel, our Men's Distance Captain, Arlan Hegenbarth, and our Women's Distance Captain, Amanda Bittmann. We will always meet at Cooke Hall at 5:30pm before beginning the workout.
