Members of the Club who are interested in racing cross country or distance races in track can join us for weekly workouts in addition to our daily runs. Workouts are typically on Monday and Thursday, with the Monday workout more volume-oriented and the Thursday workout more speed-oriented. Our workout plan is created by our Vice President of Distance, our Men's Distance Captain, and our Women's Distance Captain. We will always meet at Cooke Hall at 5:30pm before beginning the workout.
